Annual Member Meeting reminds us connection is powerful

In February, we celebrated the road to 100 together at our Annual Meeting. Every year, this meeting presents an opportunity for our membership — across ag and dairy — to reflect on successes, explore new technology and learn from other members across the co-op. (Even groove together at a Mo Pitney concert.) And right now, we’re reflecting on just how valuable that time together is.
While the ways we connect with each other look different now, we know it’s important not to lose sight of our strength as an almost-century-old co-operative nor lose the energy we experienced from February’s event.

Something Greater (Bonus) Episode: Road to 100 – where our cooperative values are rooted

There are roughly 4,000 member-owners part of the Land O’Lakes cooperative. In this special bonus episode of Something Greater, we talked with a few of our member-owners during the Expo Hall. You’ll hear from them directly about what’s important to them on their farms and in their communities – and what drives them to do what they do every day.
“I am at season in life where community, friends, family and friendships are really important. Being grounded in the community is really Important right now.”
