Beth Ford, Land O’Lakes, Inc. President and CEO, announced two leadership promotions within the Dairy Foods business unit: Heather Anfang to Senior Vice President, U.S. Dairy Foods, and Tim Leviny to Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific and Global Dairy Ingredients, effective immediately.

Both have been serving in interim leadership roles since August, when Chris Roberts, then President and EVP, Dairy Foods, took on the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer for the Land O’Lakes enterprise.

Heather’s promotion recognizes her 20 years of service and accomplishments at Land O’Lakes, including many years heading Dairy Foods Marketing and more recently, heading enterprise-wide e-commerce efforts. It also recognizes Heather’s swift and significant contribution in setting the future direction for the Retail and Foodservice business within our Dairy Foods organization. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. She sits on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities and The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library.

Tim’s promotion recognizes his successful leadership of both Asia-Pacific and his current and past strategic approach to leading Global Dairy Ingredients. Tim has brought value every day of the last eight years with the company and his global experience with Elders Ltd. and strategic approach have served us well. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New England, in addition to a post-graduate certificate from Southern Cross University.

Heather and Tim will continue as valuable partners in running the overall business and will continue reporting to Jerry Kaminski, EVP and COO, who has overall responsibility for the Dairy Foods business unit.

These leadership promotions will help ensure the on-going success of the Dairy business and continued momentum as we move into 2020 and beyond.
