The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has created unexpected challenges that have required us to rethink the way we conduct business in big and small ways. From limited face-to-face interactions to supply chain challenges and market volatility, our system has been forced to maintain agility and overcome obstacles all year.
Due to strict social distancing and limited capacity guidelines, Land O’Lakes, Inc. has made the decision to convert the Annual Meeting to a virtual meeting on February 24, 2020. With the shift to virtual, we’re planning a more scaled-back, single-day agenda where we conduct the most important tasks of the Annual Meeting.
The February 24 meeting agenda will include: 

• General Session with presentations from President & CEO Beth Ford, Board Chairman Rick Brand and other Land O’Lakes executive leaders. 

• Question and Answer Sessions 

• Business Meeting where delegates will vote on the 2021 Policies and Resolutions, proposed bylaw changes and the election of eight directors to the Corporate Board.
