For the fourth year, we are proud to announce that applications are open for the Direct Member Scholarship. Your membership is important to us, and we want to support the next generation of students as they explore careers related to agriculture and beyond.
Three $5,000 scholarships will be awarded this year. The Direct Member Scholarship program is open to all children and grandchildren of Land O’Lakes’ direct producer members (class B and D). Students applying must currently be a high school senior entering either a two- or four-year school in fall of 2020. All majors are welcome to apply.

Our 2019 Direct Member Scholarship Winners:
In agriculture, we need a variety of skills and backgrounds. Last year, we had a competitive pool of candidates, and ultimately chose three students to receive the scholarships, hailing from fields of innovation, technology and science.
- Lindsay Mendonca (of Mendonca Dairy): California State University-Fresno
- Courtney Schrader (of Wil-O-Mar Farm): Salisbury University
- Lindsey Brunmeier (of Brunmeier Dairy): Fox Valley Technical College
