The Land O’Lakes member-owned system is built on the hard work and experience of its members. At this year’s Annual Meeting, seven CEOs were recognized by Land O’Lakes Board Chairman Rick Brand for their years of service and many contributions to the Federated System.

To qualify, CEOs or General Managers of a Land O’Lakes retail-owner must have served in their leadership position for at least 10 years and completed at least 25 years of total service. The seven individuals recognized at the 2023 Annual Meeting have a combined 264 years of experience, with 191 coming from their time as CEOs.
